Mocha Spice Cake

Mocha Spice Cake
Coffee, chocolate and cinnamon flavour this luscious cake, while sour cream adds moistness


What You Need:
1-1/2 cups flour, divided
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cooled brewed strong Nabob Coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup butter
2 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs

Make It:
Heat oven to 325°F.
Combine 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix sour cream, coffee and vanilla until blended.
Microwave butter and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add flour mixture; mix well. Add remaining flour alternately with sour cream mixture, mixing well after each addition.
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 45 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
