Ingredients

1 cup cream of wheat

1 cup flour

1 cup sour cream

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Sea salt, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat two eggs with sugar.

Add butter to the egg and sugar mixture.

Add sour cream, flour and cream of wheat.

Combine soda with vinegar and add to the mixture.

Mix the ingredients together.

Add a pinch of salt.

Butter the baking pan and dust it with cream of wheat.

Bake for 30 min in preheated oven at 350 degrees F.
