Chocolate-Banana Coffee Cake


What You Need:
3 cups flour
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
2-1/2 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 7)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 pkg. (300 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Make It:
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda. Beat butter and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs. Add bananas and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
Pour half the batter into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle half over batter in pan. Top with half the chocolate chips. Repeat layers.
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
