It is super easy to make and gives a delicious mildly-spiced dessert, just for you two. With a handful of chopped walnuts, this Carrot Cake is a perfect snack on the go as well.

Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar granulated
- 3 tbsp Carrots grated
- 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Refined Oil
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 2-3 tbsp Milk
- 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven at 170°C
- Prepare the mugs for baking by brushing them with oil.
- Mix the dry ingredients and sieve them.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg till fluffy. Then add the sugar and oil and whisk again till the sugar dissolves.
- Now, add the grated Carrots,chopped Walnuts and milk.
- Add the dry ingredients in 2 parts and gently mix everything together.
- Divide the batter in 2 mugs and bake till done. It will take somewhere around 17-19 minutes.
- Once done, take them out and let it cool.
- Top the cakes with some whipped cream and chopped walnuts.
