It’s moist, dense and easy to make

Ingredients:
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter Softened
- 3 Eggs
- 1 and 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
Instructions:
- Pre heat the oven to 350 Degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Grease and dust a loaf pan.
- Mix all purpose flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and keep aside.
- In the bowl of your electric mixer, whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy. ( Appox 5-6 minutes on medium high speed ).
- Add eggs, one at a time and mix well after each addition.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Add 1/2 of the flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Add yogurt and mix until combined.
- Add the remaining flour mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
- Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
- Cut into slices and serve.
